Contract Text: When you submit contract text for analysis, this text is processed by our AI models. As per our PRD, we do not store full contracts long-term. Extracts of clauses identified as risky may be retained temporarily for the purpose of generating your report and improving our service, but are handled with strict confidentiality and anonymization where possible.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Services. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Payment Information: For payment processing (e.g., $9.99 per audit), we use third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details. The payment processors may collect information necessary to process your payment.
